I am appalled that when I answered the call and Andrew mentioned he wanted to offer me a deal at the new SLS property, I noted that I was aware of the new purchase and was not interested. Andrew then said "look Bitch" I am trying to offer you something. I said thank you, but please remove our number from your listing. He called me again "Bitch"; I said, what did you say, he repeated, you heard what I said "Bitch". At that point. I told him he did not need that job and I was going to report him. I am absolutely appalled Hilton and SLS allow this type of telemarking. I am just flabragasted. This is totally unacceptable for long term member of many years to receive this of customer service from such a loyal member.

I'm taking the check to my State Police Office. I hope they catch this Andrew guy and lock him up. :)

I called and spoke to a guy named Andrew. I explained I had a one bedroom apartment and that there was not an elevator in either building. He said “no problem” and stated that he would provide 2 guys and a truck for 3 hours for $225.00 and that there are no hidden fees.
The guys came early – 2 very young guys. They one who did the talking said that they had to collect the fee up front (turned out to be $282.00), and asked me to sign a form. I figured it was a “we’re not liable form”, so I signed and gave them the money. Looking back and speaking to other people – money prior to service was a big red flag.
They then proceeded to load up my furniture. The talker didn’t do much moving and they were both rough with my belongings. After about 1 ½ hours we leave to go to my new place. So we get down to my new place. The two guys get out of the truck, close the doors and make no move to open the loading door. The talker tells me they want another $250.00 to unload and deliver my furniture and that stairs are extra. I then realize that they are trying to scam me, and tell them so. He said if I didn’t pay they were going to take my furniture back to my old place and dump it there. To make a long story short, I jumped on the hood of the vehicle and refused to move, while I called the police. Being the fearful little scum sucking cowards they are they unloaded my furniture right there. I have reported them to the police.
DO NOT USE THESE LOW LIFES!!!

I recently was looking for a vehicle and came across this guys number. HE IS ONE IN A MILLION! Never did I think I would write a review for someone who I bought a car from but from the time I called until now I can't say enough about this man and his outstanding service i never felt taken advantage of or anything I wish more people worked like he did in south Florida so many scammer and all the other stuff, Finally nice to meet someone real.
