He said he audited me and did a background check after he claims I defaulted on a loan. He did not ask any identifying information, he did not know who he was talking to. He asked me questions like how am I paying my phone bill and keeping a roof over my head. He would not give me his last name. He was very rude and intimidating.

Foreign man called said his name was Daniel did not leave a last name. I was called by a joe brown the other day. Says me or my lawyer need to contact him immediatly and If I ignore him im going to jail. Looked it up on the internet it is a scam they got my information from a payday loan company. Need them to stop immediatly

I had to ask this guy Daniel for the company name about 4 times before I could even understand who was representing. Very bad Indian accent. As soon as I verified my name, he went off reading a script that I was being put on charges of mail fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, etc. To be honest, I could barely understand what it was he was trying to do. I asked him if he was calling from a law firm and he said it was Financial Crimes Investigation (google brought up nothing...fake company?) I said, that wasn't the name of a Law Firm. Asked if he was a collection agency, he flat out denied he was.
The phone number he gave me as contact was 248-289-3837. I told him that I needed to verify the info and to please give me the company contact such as mailing address. He asked if I had representation (attorney) and I said I do, but I'll need to pass the info on to him. He said to call him and before I could get more out of him, he hung up. I called the 248-289-3837 back and it doesn't go anywhere but to a dead tone.

These people are scammers so be aware. They place ads on craigslist selling cable boxes and routers (slingboxes) ads are placed everywhere and they state located in LA but equipments ships out of FL but never does. you call them back and they never answer the phone. Please be aware of these scammers

An automated machine calls, when you answer, they say they have been "trying to get a hold of you for an emergency update on your credit"...when you press 1, you get a live person, "Daniel". I immediately asked him to "Please remove my name from calling list" and was hung up on immediately. They have called under other numbers and I am told this company "purchases old business numbers from other business that no longer are in business", so you do not know what caller id willl show up.

They company is NuHavens, LLC and they are registered in Nevada. Their website is www.NuHavens.com - I spoke with a guy named Daniel. They hire attorneys to solve debt problems yet they contract with marketing firms that violate countless telemarketing laws. They have knowledge of the violations by their insistence that you waive your rights to not be called before they speak to you.
