They are obviously after money and would not stop at anything trying to block their telemarketing attempts. They are of Indian origin and they NEVER leave messages. Only their 02 800 36018 number or sometimes through private numbers. They could just as well be scammers or fraudsters. They should be hunted down and blocked completely as they really can be a nuisance. They could possibly be linked to con artists overseas as its hard to tell.
