Received message saying I needed to call 201-450-9010 before action was taken in the local courts. I had no idea what this was about and called back. Was told I was speaking to IRS Agent Gary Jones, badge #RM2556 (with an middle eastern accent) regarding a lawsuit action against me by the IRS for tax filings between the years 2008-2012, was I aware of this action? Informed me that I was being federally recorded on the call and that there were four federal counts against me. Was told not to interrupt and I could ask questions after he read the counts, and potential penalties. He also informed me that an IRS agent had attempted to deliver 35 courthouse documents in person to my home on three different occasions in 2014, but wouldn't say what the documents were titled. I was told that since they could tell I was a genuine type person, they were giving me this opportunity to clear this up via this phone call. If I refused they would send an officer out within the hour to arrest me and would be seeing me in court tomorrow morning. I then said I wanted to speak with an attorney as I didn't believe he was with the IRS since I'd not gotten anything in the mail, nor ever had any issues with my IRS filings. To which he replied, that he was in fact an IRS agent and I'd be seeing an officer within the hour since I was not willing to work with him. These fools need to be put away and never see the light of day. To scam someone is one thing, but scaring people like this is a whole different level of cruelty!
