I received a call from this number and it was a guy who said he worked for the government and that I was approved for a grant for $5000. He had a heavy accent and he said that all I needed to do was give him my bank account number or a credit card number so that the money could be deposited in my account. When I told him that I wasn't going to give him that information, he said he could have it delivered to me by Western Union but he still needed the account numbers to do it that way. He got angry at me when I wouldn't provide him with the information. He gave me an approval number for my "grant".
