lady claim the government ran a raffle and I won 8,400.00 all I had to do was give her bank card are credit card are major credit card to put the money on gave her false information to see what else she had to say then she gave me another # 202-391-0969 and speak with a major Melvin smith and he would give me information when the money would be put on this card...I never call the other number felt it was a scam.
