Just got a call from this number. Since I've gotten several from Washington, D.C.'s area code that were these stupid scams, and the fact that I don't know anybody there, I didn't answer and came here to confirm my suspicions. I update my contacts list on my phone so that if they call back from the same number it will say "Scam Call" but so far I have 4 different 202 numbers. Sheesh!!
