Male, foreign accent (seemed Indian). Said I had a problem with my Windows computer and he wanted to help. Lots of noise in the background...sounded like a large operation. Needless to say, I hung up. Other sites report similar experiences with calls from this number. This is a known type of scam...they will remote into your computer and under the guise of helping you will steal whatever they can and install keylogger software.
