Called soon after filing a complaint with the CA BBB against Office Support Systems (12/1/10). The gentleman on the phone asked to verify the company name (Only one word comes to mind: Scammer!). If you called the number back, it sounds like it's disconnected; there's no way to reach anyone. The number could be related to OSS (just a hunch).
