Man got my number from Resume posted on Career Builder. Asked if I was interested in education. Called in evening here in St. Louis but it would have been before 5 pm in Calif. Here is the odd part - after awhile of talk he finally told me I was being recorded. I had a hunch anyway because of the delay between my speaking and his reply. I did want info on CNA courses offered near my home. He got my zip code and said I was a qualified candidate. I said to email the info, because my email is on my resume. I said I had a guest to visit and could not talk at length now, and started to dismiss the call. He gave me his phone number and transfered me to someone else, all in a whirl. The other guy started talking but I insisted I had to go, and I did have a guest and it is too rude to take a long-winded call. I said please email the info and "I'm sorry, goodbye." Now I have to take my resume off of public view, since the intent was to be sern by employers, not telemarketers! Too bad.
