Craigslist scammer, and is very good at what he does. Uses a fake paypal account to trick you into thinking he is sending you the money (verified), but all the while the emails go to the junk folder of your email, in which a legit PayPal email does not.
BEWARE! He almost got me! If I didn't google his number and see the comment above he would've had my item.
