Automated message stating that it was a call from "Cardholder Services" with an offer to lower my current interest rate to 6.XX%.
I pressed 1 to be connected to an associate and was put into a queue.
Once I had a live person, I asked what company they were affiliated with and was immediately disconnected.
Call did not drop - associate hung up on me. Makes me think this is some sort of scam.
