I have many 3 past due balances on when my son was born, which was less than 8 months ago. I am paying each agency off one at a time because that is all my husband and I can afford at this time. This caller (would not tell me her name) was very rude even after I explained to her my situation and told her I had nothing to pay. She kept telling me I better pay something and how and I going to pay. I finally had to hang up on the rude woman!
