He was rude, lied, and was straight nasty too my boss. When I looked up "David Cooper, collections agency" online I realized he is scamming people and trying to get their personal information.

And based on the federal law you must report him as being someone who is scamming people out of money, he could be ripping off innocent people and I expect to hear from you that you are working on this.

I will not let someone get away with this crap because the above internet site shows he has been doing this since July 2012. He goes by Rickie, Chris, David, Gene, Brian, Jack and says he is from Tucker Industries, from Mercer Industries, an attorneys office or collection agencies. This man must be stopped, he was aggressive, rude, and somewhat threatening.
I will be proceeding further with this and if you do not report him and his real name to the police I will make sure they are aware that you enabled someone to preform internet scams through your system.
Again, he called us at Feburary 9th, at 2:46PM 2015 and talked to my boss for 2 minutes and 28 seconds.
