I get these phone calls almost once a week on my cell phone. I have a long list of blocked numbers. I've added each of them to my contact list under "telemarketer" and block each one on my iPhone. Still hasn't stopped it. I never answer them, I never send them to voice mail, and I never call them back. About to just change my cell phone number. :/ pretty pathetic.
