Called and aggressively told me he was sending my case to District Attorney due to unpaid unsecured loans since bancruptcy doesn't discharge those loans (which it does!). He told me I was being charged with fraud and a bunch if other things I couldn't understand . He was very heavily accented and difficult to understand. I asked for their address snd he refused to supply it. I called back again and asked the person who answered for an address and he hung up on me. They are looking for personal information. Shady.
