I have been receiving calls from this guy saying he will issue a felony warrant if I do not pay for an account that I do not have and never had!!! he says the debt is over 5000.00, but we can settle out of court for 1800.00. I called the bank in question and they state not to give them anything and he is not working for them at all. Please stop calling scarying me. I owe nothing.
