This guy with an hispanic accent called and claimed that my brother was in an accident. He found my phone number in his phone. He has him and asked if I want to help. He kept asking for my name and my brother's name He will not give any location but demand for $2,000 to "Help" my brother to get out. The guy also said that my brother is tied up in his basement in his place and his family is taking care of him.
