These people called would not leave message, tried to call back and it is a number that does accept incoming calls. To me this states it is either a telemarketer or a scam - they are not supposed to be allowed by law to contact. They have my cell number, I have blocked but only after non stop phone calls during business hours and no courtesy msg or allowing me to find out who the caller was. If these awful people would leave a msg or have a return phone number it would not be so frustrating. But by their actions they are clearly saying we know we are doing something wrong and do not want to get caught. Shame on these people who prey on those who need a job badly enough to end up going to work for companies working outside the law.
