This guy (Bill Richards) was trying to get us to sell our timeshare through his company. It turns out they are a huge scam, and I've discovered a lot of dirt about them on the internet. They want you to pay a fee of several hundred dollars up front to put your timeshare on the market to 'corporations'. They "guarantee" they will sell in six months or your money back. They have ripped off lots of people. Just check the web or the Central Florida Better Business Bureau. The BBB gives them the grade of F. No one gets their money back. Stay away from these con artists.
