the caller is trying to say how to help people lower the credit card debt, or to lower there rate. Meanwhile they say there with visa, matercard and a few others. For one thing all I have is my visa debit from my small hometown bank. No I do not owe and no I don't need a lower rate. Caller still wanted more personal information which right than said scammers alert!!!!! No one at any gov,fed,or state angency will ask for personal info.Not even my little bank must be in person. Scammers must dream because they have no life calling people to hurt for money. Shame on you!!!!!!
