Recorded message claiming to reduce credit card interest rates. Same scam that has been circulating for years. Simply a different female voice used. These scumbags have nothing in their lives except the need to rip people off for their money because they don't feel they need to work and earn their own way. I am sure their parents are so proud of their accomplishments. Then again, many of them were probably taught how to scam by those same parents. I suppose due to their gross appearance and over powering body odor, prostitution wasn't a viable career.
