If you have any questions or concerns about the complaint, or wish to rectify the matter outside of court before you are served, press 1 to be connected or call 347-426-1953. When calling, please reference your case# 2015-2343. You have officially been notified.
My daughter received a call the next day stating she could settle the civil complaint on my behalf by providing her credit card number. When I called the number, the phone was answered by Nicole Adams, who hing up on me when I asked questions about the Company's name, t of business, and address. I immediately reported this to the FCC, FTC, Ic3 and FBI.
