Claimed my computer IP address was putting out malicious code and he had an Indian accent. Gave his pseudonym name of Frank. I told him I thought he was a liar. He said he could give me a phone number to call to verify that he was legitimate.. 844-323-7728. I said whatever, ok I'll call that number and I hung up. No, I didn't call the number. Microsoft Windows does NOT call people to tell them they have a problem. If you have a problem with your computer you have to call them. They have no idea what's going on with your computer.
