I was asking $450 sent me a check for $1950 from a Northern Trust Bank/Dupage, Oak Brook, IL 60523. Has a return address on envelope Patrick Bates, Treasure Home INc., 2909 Lower Cartecay Rd, Ellijay, GA 30536. The address is a house that is for sale. He said he was from PA, contacted me on a different line from FL, and has a return address from GA, and the envelope was sent from North Texas. Contacted the bank that was from IL to let them know.
