The person that contacted me on this number 9/24/14 claimed to be an EMT from a local hospital and said that someone in an accident had listed me as their emergency contact. When they asked for my name, I asked who they were looking for. They avoided the question and asked if I understood what they were saying, stated that it was a young man around 22 that was in a Honda Accord that had been in the accident on Orange Ave, and asked if that fit the description of anyone I knew. I told them no, that didn't sound like anyone that I knew, and they said they might have the wrong number. It sounded busy in the background, lots of people talking. This call infuriated me! I was upset because it brought me right back to when I had received a real call like this about my husband, but when he couldn't ask for me by name, I figured (prayed!) it was a scam. Looked online and found others had a similar experience, some having received threats from the caller. What a horrible way to trick people!
