I finally was able to talk to these people. They have an automatic dialer calling several thousand people all the time until they talk to someone. They did not know why it hangs up when answered, but said it might need to be answered quicker or with a clear louder, "Hello." Anyway, the company is Specialty Travel (http://www.special-t-travel.com/). They try to sell hotel vacation packages & are probably calling people that have made some kind of inquiry or been to some time share presentation in the past. Hope this helps!
