this is a call from a company indicating that they would lower my interest rates. The message indicated that they have tried to called before and this is my final warning. I pressed on to talk to cust service to get my number removed. He jazzed me around saying that he didn't call me and he wasn't responsible for the call. I warned that I would report this number to the FCC. He said (and I quote) "your FCC is my dick". I called the number back and got a fax intercept tone.
