I have received numerous calls from this guy stating I defaulted on a loan (that I never took out) and that the company was suing. He said I would be served with an arrest warrant tomorrow and that he would also contact my employer! He also stated if I took it to court I could pay up to $8,000! A complete scam, don't fall for it.
