The call I received from 414-475-2990 sounded as if this cranky crone on the robocaller was on a high overdose of caffeine. As grating and irritating as a voice can be was trying to persuade me to sign in favor of her petition against high speed rail in Wisconsin was another in a long line of right-wing-nut calls that told me that if there is any change towards a more intelligent method and way things are done the world would fall off its axis and spin into the far reaches of the universe if I didn‘t dial one for the petition. The voice sounded irate and probably isn’t trying to persuade anyone, but rather agitate those that are already in favor of such a petition into going into some sort of irrational feeding frenzy that these crack-pot types are initiating. Nothing sounds sensible when you have a voice from hell almost yelling at you. This “voice” definitely wouldn’t be able to convince anyone with any knowledge of the high speed rail debate.
