auto mated message on land line stating they are from the IRS and will take legal action. When you return the call they threaten arrest unless you go to certain stores and get a voucher using cash only or you will be arrested.
Then call again some how use the county police number (shows up on ID) and threaten arrest again but its the same Indian accent.
