I got a similar call, same number but a different name.(JAMES ANDERSON) I called IRS main number and they had no idea what that phone number was. They told me that IRS mails their communication and does not use phone to initiate communication to taxpayers. This is a SCAM. Beware and do not give your information over the phone to people you do not know. Always verify the caller identity before giving private information.
