Received a call from 469-270-7068 on 03/09/2015 at 7:42 PM, the CNAM read as "Local Ranking." The call was automatically blocked by our PhoneTray software. Anonymously re-dialed the number and heard the following message: "Press nine to be put on the do not call list [pause] press nine to be put on the do not call list, thank you."
