These people are scam artists looking to gain access to your computer and any person information it contains. They do not care about the do not call list. They probably do not even know what that is. These people are calling from outside the US. Last time I was called they were from India. Just do not even answer. All you do is verify that it is a live number that they can add to their database and sell to another scam artist
