She called them back and asked for one and they didn't seem like they wanted to, so I took the phone from her and told the person to get me a supervisor and told him that I worked over 20 years in customer service and that there was no way that they didn't have one there. He placed me on hold and then transferred me. When the person answered I started to speak with him and he made inappropriate comments to me and I told him that he needs to get his supervisor and then his comments got worse. I advised him that I was going to contact the authorities and have them investigated and have them shut down he quickly hung up.
