The company acts like "Processors" but they are collectors. National Credit Works is out of New York and owns the debt FPPSG LLC is collecting. This is completely illegal and unethical. They call the debtor trying to state they received a complaint to process, and they will deny being a collection agency. Believe it or not they are registered with the ACA (the association of credit and collection professionals) as a reputable collection agency. The craziest part about the whole thing is that I called my local FBI office and they already have an investigation going. That is all they would tell me but it's crazy that they know who these people are, and they are still in business.
