They called for my husband today on my cell phoen number. They have called my house before. Left a voice message saying that they were looking for him and it was a serious mattter. So we called on speaker phone, ans when the guy told us what it was about, that we took out a patday loan from cashadvance.com and owed about 1200 and I said something he hung up. We called it right back and he said that he couldn't talk to anyone but my husband. My husband kept talking ot him on speaker, and thye said that we owed 1200 and they gave us 2 options. 1 was to hire a lawyer ans go through all kinds of court hearings, and that he would be charged with multiple counts of fraud and possibly a felony, LOL. He said we could go for option 2 which was to settle today for 949.52 after they took off the penalties, and we had exactly one hour to call them back to pay it. He said if we didn't they would download the case to our state of residency tonight and we were going to be in big trouble and wished us luck. The amount the said we owed we never took out, and I knew that something was fishy as I know a little bit about laws and how they can file a law suit. I found this webiste and was plesently surprised to see that they same person has doen this to others.
Watch out!! Don't to anything withem these people. If ou are being sued, you will have a formal warning and be offered a payment out of it before this type of thing happens.
