He gave me the name Shawn Jordan and told me that my computer might be running slow, asked me to go to something called EventViewer on ,y computer and then tried to tell me that my certification was expired. He told me that i needed to pay them $150 to recertify my computer.he asked for my pay pal account info (i dont have one) the tried to get me to give him my credit card number.I did not give him the number. He did some remote checking from his end (not sure what that means) and it would take 15 minutes it took 45 minutes and then i asked if he was done he said yes. not sure what was going on. but all seems to be ok. I an not tech savy so i dont know what to look for. i will have my computer checked out.
