I've also been getting a number of calls from these people day after day, telling me they are "Windows technical department," saying that my computer has been hacked, that there are viruses, that my licence to the computer has been stolen, that there are errors being reported from my computer to their system every day, that my computer is going to crash (and very soon, almost any day), etc., etc., etc. All of them who have telephoned so far, are Indian people, but amazingly (or not), whenever the give their name, it is ALWAYS some English name. The last two have been Dennis Miller, and (today) Henry James. I found out from someone who knows computers, that they are SCAMMERS. DO NOT!!! give them ANY access to your computer. They will MAKE YOU THINK they "are 'correcting problems'," and will CREATE PROBLEMS. They will ALSO call back again after they've "fixed some problems," to tell you that "Your computer has reported more errors...," and there is a VERY GOOD POSSIBILITY that IF GIVEN ACCESS to your computer, they will LOCK it down, so that you will be FORCED to PAY them MORE!!! money for them to UNlock your computer. So BE CAREFUL!!!
