Had the exact same thing happen to me. Foreign person, hard to understand. He said he was from the IRS and if I didn't resolve an issue which I was not aware of that they would put a lein on my house and freese my accounts. He also said if I would hang up there is nothing he could do.. I hung up and called my CPA
