Got call from male with thick accent. He knew my name and my husband's name. Said our computer was infected and he could help fix it. Asked me to press the 'windows' icon key as well as the 'r' key. He wanted to give more instructions but I hung up. Does anyone know what this was about. Could he have accessed our computer had I pressed the keys that he was suggestion?
