This number calls my cell phone repeatedly, and when answered it is a message asking you to hold for the next representative. I finally decided to wait and find out what this is about. After sitting on hold for 5 minutes, the caller said they are Convergence Financial calling on behalf of Sprint, could I verify my mailing address and social security number. I told him no, I don't know who they are and I have never had business with Sprint, I asked what it was about and he said he couldn't go any further unless I gave him my mailing address and SSN. I told him I would not and he disconnected the call. I'm not sure what they are trying to do - but I will NEVER give out my personal information over the phone to a stranger. Sounds like a scam to me!
