This is one of those "calling in regards to your current credit card account" designed to frighten the pants off anyone who is honest about their credit card...and thus to exploit people who might get strung along rather than hanging up. Especially exploitive of elderly or less sophisticated customers. I sure wish the government had a way to control this exploitive and frightening type of phone call. We have never failed a payment and keep a very low balance, so I know there is never a problem, and yet the tone of the call even frightens me!!!!!
