An unwanted call from this San Diego cell number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) often do this while trolling the phone lines, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
Posters suggest the caller is a scam contractor (probably unlicensed). The website www.whitepages.com describes this number as "scam or fraud." I'm sooooo surprised!!!!!
