Received numerous phone calls today from this number. Caller stated his name as James Anderson and that he was calling from Cores & McLaughlin Legal Associates and that there was a lawsuit in my name. I requested he send me whatever necessary paperwork and ended the first phone call. He immediately phoned back and left a message threatening me with jail time regarding the lawsuit. An Internet search the 800notes announcement of the scame and I spoke with someone from Esp, Kreuzer, Cores & McLaughlin, LLP who confirmed this is truly a scam and that there is a huge investigation ongoing. Filed a complaint with the IC3 as per the FBI's suggestion.
