Has been calling three times a day...if you answer its dead air for a few moments then a tone followed by a recorded voice saying good by. Likely a computer generated call but no boiler room bozo available to handle the connected call. Its also almost 100% probability that the phone number shown in the caller ID is forged. That makes it useless to report as a violation...BUT, if they do come on the line get the name of the company they represent THEN its reportable as there is follow up info. Turns out the big violation is forging the caller ID, they can be fined $10,000 for each violation. The trick is to ask right away, who they represent (as though you want to know with who you are doing business). Finally, CALL, WRITE, OR E MAIL your reps in CONGRESS if you want the current inaction to change..Also make sure you make an additional complaint on the FCC complaint site.
