Caller called to tell me that my 10 year old vehicles manufacturers warranty has expired and then transferred me to some lady who was very rude and condescending when asking why they were calling me. She hung up on me. I tried calling the number back and select option #2 to be speak to someone and it keeps repeating the message and will not transfer your call.
