Let me make this perfectly clear, I do not agree with illegal and heavy handed collection tactics. But you simply cannot believe the poison and negativity that some of these folks are posting. On rare occasions some good Samaritans offer well intended helpful advice to consumers. But many of these posts are written by professional mudslingers who have their own self-serving agendas. They offer us tactics on how not to pay our bills and how not to live up to our obligations and responsibilities. Consumers should beware of these “consultants” who make false statements that are designed to spread rumors and cause harm. Many of these posts are clear cut cases of defamation; statements that are made with malice and with reckless disregard of the truth.
