My elderly mother got a call and she gave it to me. They said it was a courtesy call and that they could save her money on a new "low usage" long distance plan. Said she was paying $13.95month now and that it would drop to $5.95month. When I got a copy of her bill and told him that there was no $13.95month charge on her bill, he hung up. Sounds like fraud to me.
