This guy had a wrong information. I did not owe creditor no money but he kept on saying that he will report the delinquency to the credit bureau by noon if I dont pay the money. I asked him to allow me to call him again in 30 minutes as I had time till noon. He then changed his mind and he said he will report to Credit Bureau after he hangs up. This guy used fouled language. He also violated the Fair Debt Collection Law by asking me a post dated check.
The biggest nonsense he gave me was that he wanted me to pay the money right away and call the creditor separately for a refund. That was disgusting
